Jesse Roldan is the President of Biz Hub Financial and a seasoned commercial lending specialist, Realtor, and entrepreneur based in Allentown, PA. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial finance and real estate, he has helped businesses and investors across the country access creative, well-structured financing solutions.

 

As the leader of the largest independently owned bilingual commercial brokerage firm in the Lehigh Valley, Jesse specializes in DSCR loans, SBA 7(a)/504, bridge financing, and asset-based lending. His focus is on transparency, integrity, and building long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and lenders.

 

Beyond Biz Hub Financial, Jesse has closed hundreds of residential, commercial, and investment transactions through The Jesse Roldan Team and is known for his commitment to financial empowerment and communitybased success—especially within underserved and bilingual communities.

 

A former Pennsylvania State Police Officer, Jesse brings discipline, service, and a strong sense of responsibility to every deal. His life is anchored by faith, family, and a passion for helping others achieve true freedom through smart, strategic use of capital.
